Collectors and Marvel historians will never know how influential these questionnaires were to the Marvelmania creators, but they are rare to find and especially left blank. Only one version was thought to have been distributed to members but a second was recently discovered, by me. Is there a third, fourth or fifth version? Who knows, but I will be on the hunt!
